After 15+yrs in the fitness industry I have come the learn when diving into using a new tool of training, with the intention of using and sharing with my clients, It’s essential I master the basics first. So after a long look online at mace instructors I found Jeff who has an amazing ability to show his high level of skill in a way that makes it look all to easy, but more importantly to me he also breaks down the complex to show the steps and how to perfect the details of all the moves. He was also being endorsed by many fitness experts I follow such as Mike Bledsoe.
Me being thousands of miles away didn’t even get in our way. I purchased a light mace and got a one to one live video call with Jeff. With clear step by step instructions I was able to understand every step of the basic mace flow and control, after only one session I have many many combinations to take away and practice. The lesson was also recorded for me to be able top go back over intrusions to make sure I don’t get any bad habits.
This modality really does lend its self to remote coaching and I cant wait to be at a stage that I can share this will all my personal training clients with the confidence I have been tough by one of the best coaches on the planet.
